Are you interested in becoming an approved vendor on our Facebook Retail~Wholesale Marketplace? Great! We would love for you to join our community!

Prior to purchasing the monthly Approved Vendor + FB Marketplace Membership, you'll be required to complete the Vendor Request Form. Once completed, our administration will send you an invoice with your preferred membership option. After payment has been received, we will establish and activate your account.

The Approved Vendor + FB Marketplace Membership offers the following:

-allows you to post two (2) sales each day in the FB Marketplace Group only; retail or wholesale pricing.

-allows your company to be highlighted as the "Vendor of the Week" or "Suggested Weekly Sellers" along with social media pages and website.

-allows automatic posting, no screening/approval process.

Welcome to our Retail~Wholesale Marketplace! We are excited you have decided to join our community!

Please read the following guidelines we require all approved vendors to follow as they will help keep our group in compliance with Facebook's Policies and Regulations. Also, the information provided should answer any/all questions you may have and prevent unforeseen issues.

When posting on the FB Marketplace we require the following information:

  • Approved Vendor Hashtag (#approvedvendor)
  • Name of Product
  • Description of Product
  • Size(s)
  • Color(s)
  • Quantity (minimum purchase for wholesale, if required)
  • Price (either retail or wholesale or both)
  • Payment Option(s)
  • Shipping Option(s)
  • Preorder or Ready to Ship (RTS)
  • Turn Around Time (TAT)
  • Website Product Link (We encourage you to provide the website product link verses the website homepage to prevent buyers from having to search through your entire website for the product listed.)  
  • Social Media Link (Facebook Group, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, or Other)
  • Additional Information

We encourage you to provide the required information in the order in which its listed above, however, not required. This will help eliminate any confusion for buyers, as they will see it on all posts, and prevent duplicate or unnecessary questions. 

You may accept orders either via your website by providing a product link or via the comment section.

Communication is one of the keys to success! It also prevents reluctant or skeptical buyers. If you see you are not able to meet your turn around time you MUST update your buyers via the marketplace group either in the listing or the comment section. 

If we receive multiple complaints about your company due to failure in communication, unfilled orders, late orders, damaged orders or other preventable issues, we have the right to deactivate your membership without reimbursement.  Our goal is to build a reputable, trustworthy marketplace for buyers, and we value our reputation! We want our marketplace to be successful! Let's build and grow our small business together!

YOU MAY NOT: 

  • Absolutely no trademark and/or copyright infringement designs and/or products! Not only is it illegal, but it can cause our FB Marketplace Group to be deactivated. If caught posting any trademark and/or copy infringement designs and/or products, you'll be removed from the group, your membership will be deactivated without reimbursement, and all your posts will be deleted.
  • Do not delete any posts! You can edit your post, but you may not delete any posts.
  • No private messaging. All communication should take place via the marketplace group in the listing or comment section.

The Retail~Wholesale Marketplace admin will always have the final decision.  We may change and/or update the guidelines at any time as unforeseen issues may arise and need to be addressed. 

We want your input! If you have suggestions and/or questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at customerservice@berkshireandway.com. We will continue to update our guidelines as we receive your suggestions and/or questions that have not been answered thus far. Membership Options

Are you interested in becoming an approved vendor on our Facebook Retail~Wholesale Marketplace? Great! We would love for you to join our community!

To ensure our marketplace is built on reputable small buisness shop owners, there is a monthly membership fee required for all approved vendors. This will help prevent those truly not interested in building a reliable, trustworthy marketplace for our buyers and sellers and/or prevent fraudulent companies into our community. 

Subscribing to our FB Marketplace and/or Marketplace Platform is an affordable way to help generate more traffic and sales for your business along with building a great network of friends!

Prior to purchasing the Approved Vendor + FB Marketplace or the Approved Vendor + FB Marketplace + Marketplace Platform Membership, you'll be required to complete the Vendor Request Form. We have two (2) membership options:

Approved Vendor + FB Marketplace ($5.99 Monthly or $65.88 Yearly)

-allows you to post two (2) sales each day in the FB Marketplace Group only; retail or wholesale pricing. 

-allows your company to be highlighted as the "Vendor of the Week" or "Suggested Weekly Sellers" along with social media pages and website.

-allows automatic posting, no screening/approval process.

Approved Vendor + FB Marketplace + Marketplace Platform ($19.99 Monthly or $233.88 Yearly)

-allows you to post two (2) sales each day in the FB Marketplace Group; retail or wholesale pricing. 

-allows your company to be highlighted as the "Vendor of the Week" or "Suggested Weekly Sellers" along with social media accounts and website.

-allows automatic posting, no screening/approval process.

-allows your company to become a vendor on our marketplace platform. This will give you an opportunity to sell your products via the internet; no commission deductions. Not only is this platform a place for you to sell your products but also for you to purchase from other small businesses at retail and/or wholesale pricing.

(See FB Marketplace Guidelines - all vendors will be required to follow these guidelines when posting their products via the FB Retail~Wholesale Marketplace. Weekly random compliance checks will be completed to ensure all vendors are within regulations. There will be required information for all vendors to include in each posting such as pricing, turn around time, invoicing, payment and shipping options, etc. These guidelines will be emailed to you once you are accepted as an approved vendor and will be posted in the group.)

The monthly fees will help cover the cost of the platform software and any paid advertisements for the marketplace to promote your company!

All vendors will be required to complete the Vendor Request Form. It's important to complete all fields including the different types of products your small business offers. We want a platform with a variety of unique and different products eliminating duplicate product categories. 

The monthly membership option (recurring charges) can be canceled at anytime. Your membership will remain active for the remainder of the month and discontinued thereafter.

The yearly membership option (recurring charges) can be canceled at anytime. Your membership will be remain active for the remainder of the year and discontinued thereafter.

There are no refunds if you should cancel before the subscription expires.

ALL SUBSCRIPTIONS ARE PROCESSED THROUGH PAYPAL GIVING YOU THE OPTION TO CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP VIA YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME WITHOUT HAVING TO CONTACT OUR COMPANY.

After submitting your Vendor Request Form you'll receive an email confirmation. You may have to check your spam or junk folder for this email. Please do not submit multiple requests!
